The temperature has dropped - 13 degrees in the morning! Last night the shouting, music and barking of dogs somehow died down shortly after 11pm and the night was absolutely quiet.

Today we move on, this time heading west. The Gargantas del Sil awaits us. But the journey there is also impressive, even if a few raindrops fall from the sky now and then.

Of course, we have to stop again and again in the gorge and enjoy the views.

Shortly after Ouense we spontaneously head for a parking spot by the river and are pleasantly surprised. We stay here.

You can take a wonderful digestive walk along the river bank with beautiful views.

That happens every now and then - you forget what the route you drove years ago looked like. That's what happened to us today. We drive to the sea. At Redondela, just north of Vigo, we reach the Atlantic coast. From here we want to chug along the coast. The coast is very densely built up here. Village after village. There is heavy traffic. On the way we keep looking at a parking space or campsite. Help, they are very, very full or even fully booked! We actually reach Cangas at an ideal time for lunch. But there is hell going on here. No chance of finding a parking space and there are actually a lot of them.

Reason for the crowded city - it is market day.

Just before we give up and probably head back inland, we give the Monte Gabo campsite in Soutullo another chance. What a stroke of luck - small, quiet, wonderful view, lots of free spaces. Unbelievable, we didn't expect that. Satisfied, we settle in and later enjoy a simple dinner in the small campsite restaurant.

The temperatures here in the north are very pleasant. Today there is a gusty wind, so we even put on a second T-shirt at the start of our e-bike tour. We cycle along the Playa de la Lanzada, marvel at the masses of people walking up and down this really beautiful beach and continue to San Vincente del Mar. Here we stop, enjoy lunch and watch the beach life.

We start a lazy day off comfortably. It is already 12.30 p.m. before we finally get on our e-bikes. But we give all the Praias and Cabos the cold shoulder and just wander a bit inland. We have chosen a church as our turnaround destination, but unfortunately it is closed off. We can't even walk around it. We see many beautiful properties and almost every one has a hórreo (storage house). But ruins and unfinished buildings also line our path, or an old washhouse.

The restaurant we randomly chose for lunch is very popular and very busy right up until the end. We arrived at just the right time to get a table - just before 2 p.m.

Afterwards, it is not far to our Pfüdi and we start the siesta for digestion and simply enjoy the rest of the day reading and doing nothing.

Cabo Finisterra - in May 2017 it was covered in thick fog. The patches of fog cleared for a short time and we were able to enjoy some of the view. In the car park for motorhomes, which actually had a great view, we only heard the sound of the sea, we couldn't see anything at all.

Today is completely different. While we are surprised at lunchtime that there are only four motorhomes here (two in the lower parking lot and two in the upper one), that changes dramatically by the evening.

We decide on the place on the ridge, because a light wind makes the heat bearable. Everything is full until late in the evening. And then there are the many cars that also want to admire the sunset. There is a peaceful atmosphere and when the sun finally says goodbye, everyone claps. We sit outside for a long time and enjoy the evening and the

Today could easily be called a moving day.

But one after anonther.

First, we head to a petrol station to dispose of the waste. At 1.22 euros, the price of diesel is one of the cheapest in the entire region and since we are filling up, we can even dispose of the waste and refill with water for free.

We chug on to Cabo Touriñán. As is often the case with these cabos, there are very few parking spaces and it is always good to arrive in the morning. A short walk, enjoying the views and then we chug on. Cabo Vilán awaits us in sunshine. In 2017 we couldn't even see the lighthouse properly because of all the fog.

We were able to park in the tiny little parking lot. Today you can't drive all the way up. A large parking lot was created to accommodate all the visitors and you have to walk the last and steepest few hundred meters today, but that doesn't matter.

We want to finish for today at the largest car park on the Costa da Morta. Now at midday there is still plenty of space to park. A small lunch snack, a short exploratory tour on the e-bikes along the Costa da Morta and then a first re-parking. A visit to the beach is also a must. The car park is now bursting at the seams. Beachgoers arrive with their cars almost every second. After dinner at around 9 p.m. we re-park again. We turn our Pfüdi so that it is better exposed to the wind. The space has almost completely emptied again. There are about six of us standing here.

We enjoy a beautiful sunset. And then, after 10 p.m., an ancient motorhome and an ancient caravan drive in. Five adults and four children. It's really amazing how much screaming children can make. They park the car with all the food a good meter next to our motorhome. It seems as though every two seconds someone opens and closes a door on the car. And of course they do it with a "garacho". Because now they're going to have a big meal and cook something. That's Spain after all. And all of this could go on for a long time, that is, until well after midnight.

And so we park one last time that day. A few hundred meters ahead there is a meadow with only two small vans parked there. And now we are standing there in wonderful peace and quiet.

After the third move, we had a quiet night and slept wonderfully. We drove back to the port of Camarinas for breakfast. We realized that this would have been a good place to stay overnight. OK, we'll remember that for the next trip!

Then we drive on a beautiful, sometimes very narrow route to the Roncudo lighthouse, a detour to Monte Faro and then on to Cabo de San Adriãn. Always interrupted by short walks and photo stops.

We want to continue on to the area near Caíon. But we didn't count on the extremely popular Praia de Baldaio. First I have to walk ahead on a very narrow road through the village and wave Hansruedi through and then we decide in a matter of seconds - carry on straight ahead - never. Everything is packed with cars and motorhomes, it's extremely difficult to get through, if at all.

We turn the indicator to the right, stop at the next opportunity and reprogram our GPS. A campsite just east of La Coruna is our new destination.

Our GPS lady isn't having her best day today, we're a bit tired too, so driving through the city is a bit of a hassle. But then at least we hit the jackpot. A campsite near a city is just right when everyone's only aiming for the beach. There's plenty of space. Everything is lovely and green and quiet. And the icing on the cake - an excellent restaurant. Now, just before 4 p.m., it's still packed. This is Spain too. Lots of big families, a few birthday parties, it's loud, it's cheerful, and we get a table and enjoy the best meal of this trip and a fine bottle of red wine. It's the perfect end to the day. By the way, we have new weather - high fog!
